In consideration with the features explained and offered by Propadvisorscity Platform (A Product marketed by Propadvisorscity hereto agree to provide offered services at Propadvisorscity platform as per this contract under the company’s standard terms & Conditions as follows:

Scope

The scope includes our services offered through the Propadvisorscity platform including website as well as mobile application. If you wish to continue using the Propadvisorscity platform, you agree to provide us with the required information as detailed here and also agree to the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”.

General Terms

  • Propadvisorscity reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued usage of the Propadvisorscity’s Platform and Services will be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and modifications thereto.
  • Propadvisorscity is a platform for users to communicate in a formal, controlled, and structured manner. This platform gives users the freedom to control and modify content and post it to make it accessible for other users.
  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and capable of entering, performing, and adhering to these terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the Propadvisorscity platform, they shall do so only with the involvement, guidance, and supervision of their parents and/or legal guardians, under such parent /legal guardian’s registered account. Propadvisorscity reserves the right to terminate User access and refuses to provide the user with access to the Propadvisorscity platform if Propadvisorscity discovers that the user is under the age of 18 years.
  • You specifically agree that Propadvisorscity shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your information transmission, data, or any material or data sent, received, or not sent or received. Furthermore, Propadvisorscity will make best efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information available with it, but transmissions made through the internet cannot be guaranteed or made secure. By using this Propadvisorscity platform, you and all users agree that Propadvisorscity shall not be liable for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts by third parties. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you agree that Propadvisorscity shall not be held liable or responsible for ‘phishing attacks’ on you. It is the user’s responsibility to set up his browser to alert him to allow or block cookies.   • The services are provided by Propadvisorscity on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, Propadvisorscity makes no warranty that (i) Propadvisorscity platform or its services will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free (ii) the service experience of the Propadvisorscity platform will meet your expectations or that (iii) any errors or defects in the Propadvisorscity platform or services will be corrected. Propadvisorscity shall have no liability to the user for any interruption or delay in accessing the Propadvisorscity platform irrespective of the cause.
  • Propadvisorscity also allows restricted access to the Propadvisorscity Platform for unregistered users. At the time of registration, you shall ensure that the account information provided by you in the Propadvisorscity platform registration form is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Use of another user’s account information is expressly prohibited.
  • Removal of content, suspension, or termination of account: Any user content that is objectionable by our team and does not fit to publish will be removed without any confirmation from users. Your account may be suspended or terminated on any violations in connection with your use of the Propadvisorscity site, app, or on other violations of our Terms of Service, Law or Community Guidelines.
  • Severability: If any term of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this agreement, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable terms had never been included.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions are construed and enforced under the laws of the land (INDIA) or elsewhere.

Cancellation Policy

Any services purchased from Propadvisorscity platform cannot be cancelled. Hence a refund will not be processed. We request you to please carefully review the details of services before buying them.

Governing Law

Due to the non-returnable nature of our services, it is not possible to process a refund once a service is purchased. Please review the services carefully before making a purchase.
